Tomato sauce
Ingredients
- Tomatoes peeled and chopped, 10 medium size
- Onions, chopped 4 medium size
- Cooking oil 3 table spoon
- Garlic crushed 4 cloves
- Salt - add to taste
- White and black pepper quarter tea spoon
Method
- Wash, blanch, peel and chop the tomatoes
- Stir fry the onion and garlic in oil until golden
- Fry tomatoes followed by the rest of the ingredients and boil slowly at low temperature for 5-7 minutes
- Add to the cooked beans as desired, serve
