Tomato sauce



Ingredients

  1. Tomatoes peeled and chopped, 10 medium size
  2. Onions, chopped 4 medium size
  3. Cooking oil 3 table spoon
  4. Garlic crushed 4 cloves
  5. Salt - add to taste
  6. White and black pepper quarter tea spoon

Method

  1. Wash, blanch, peel and chop the tomatoes
  2. Stir fry the onion and garlic in oil until golden
  3. Fry tomatoes followed by the rest of the ingredients and boil slowly at low temperature for 5-7 minutes
  4. Add to the cooked beans as desired, serve
