Banana-bean salad
Ingredients
- Cooked beans 1 mug
- Tomato sauce half cup
- Lemon juice 1 table spoon
- Ripe bananas, sliced 4 large size
- Pineapple cubes 2 mugs
- Spring onions 1 clove
- Mayonnaise(optional) quarter cup
ingredients serve 6 persons
Method
- Sprinkle banana slices with lemon juice to prevent discoloring
- Add beans and pineapple to banana slices and mix lightly
- Add the mayonnaise and mix well
- Refrigerate to cool the salad
- Serve on crisp lettuce or cucumber
