Fresh beans salad
Ingredients
- Fresh 1 mug
- Green pepper 1 large size
- Carrots 2 big size
- Tomatoes 2 big size
- Onions 2 medium size
- Vinegar or lemon 8 tea spoons
- Cucumber 2 small size
- Salt quarter tea spoon
ingredients serve 4 persons
Method
- Wash and boil the beans
- Wash lettuce, disinfect with vinegar
- Wash and grate Carrots, Cucumber, green pepper, peeled onions. Disinfect with vinegar
- Place these in a large sized bowl followed by beans
- Add lemon and salt
- Mix well and garnish with chopped tomatoes
- Serve
