Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 cups water
- 6 teabags of plain black tea
- 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon ground black peppercorn
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
- sugar to taste
Method
- Bring water and milk to a boil while stirring frequently
- Add ginger and ground spices and steep teabags in boiling water/milk mixture for 3-5 minutes while continuing to stir
- Remove teabags. Add sugar to taste
- Serve hot and enjoy!
