- 125 g finger millet flour
- 500 ml cold water
- 2 litres boiling water
- sugar

Method
- In a clean bowl, thoroughly mix the finger millet flour with cold water until a uniform brown liquid is obtained.
- Pour the mixture into the boiling water and continue to cook, stirring, for about 7 minute
- Add sugar to taste if desired and serve either warm or cold.
