- 2 clusters of matooke bananas
- 500 g groundnut paste or 500 g cow or goat offal or 500 g fresh beans (any kind)
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes

Method
- Peel the bananas and set them aside, properly covered.
- Prepare the sauce: For groundnuts, dissolve the groundnut paste in 250 ml of water in a bowl.
- In a separate saucepan, bring water to a boil then add the diluted groundnut paste and add the onion and tomatoes, chopped, directly into the sauce.
- Add the bananas and then cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, adding salt to taste.
- For offals, clean the offals and cut them into cubes, then boil them in water until they are soft
- Chop the onion and tomatoes and fry them in a little cooking oil, then add the offal and bananas fingers, add water to cover the bananas, and cook until the bananas are soft, adding salt to taste.
- For beans, boil the beans in water until they are soft and ready. In a separate saucepan, fry the chopped onion and tomatoes in a little oil.
- Once the tomatoes are soft, add the cooked beans and the bananas in layers to ensure a uniform mix. Cook until the bananas are soft, adding salt to taste
